About Dr. Siobhan Henley

Overview: Siobhan is an experienced EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and Consultant in Training (for Children, Young People and Adults) ,a Level 2 Internal Family Systems Therapist, sandtray trained and a Senior Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She is skilled at using evidence based therapies to help with healing from the impacts of trauma across the lifespan. She has extensive experience of working in the NHS, as a highly skilled supervisor working within multidisciplinary teams and complex systems.

Approach: She uses an integrative approach in Therapy which is highly creative. Siobhan leads an NHS CAMHS Trauma Service and has worked nationally within Traumatic Stress Wales. She is passionate about embedding Outcome measures in clinical practice. She has previously worked as the Team Psychiatrist in a local NHS Veterans Service.

Training and Qualifications: Siobhan is trained in the use of sandtray and GTEP. Her Medical qualifications include MBBCH MRCPsych BSc (Hons) MSc.
