How I work in EMDR supervision

EMDR supervision is collaborative, reflective and grounded in real-world CAMHS and youth mental health work. We’ll pay attention both to the EMDR protocol and to the wider system around the young person, so that your practice feels safe, ethical and sustainable.

What we can focus on together

- Case discussion & EMDR formulation
- Applying EMDR in complex presentations
- Working with risk, self-harm, suicidality & safeguarding concerns
- EMDR as an integrative psychotherapy
- Managing blocks and stuck points in processing
- Looking after you as a therapist: boundaries, resilience in a safe space
