I offer both EMDR and IFS therapy (for all ages of clients).I also provide EMDR supervision both online and in person at R & R Consulting Rooms in Cardiff. Together we can decide what feels most supportive and practical for your needs.

Therapy
Initial therapy assessment – £150 (90 minutes)
Follow-up therapy sessions – £100 (60 minutes)

EMDR supervision
Individual EMDR supervision – £100 per person (60 minutes)
Group EMDR supervision is also available.

I accept self funding clients and am insured as an EMDR provider with AVIVA and Vitality.
